Marketing and Communications isn’t just about having the right set of skills, but the right insight, the right focus groups, and the right strategy to support your business.

Who am I?

I’ve worked with marketing, communications and technology for over 20 years.

When I started, websites were made with plain HTML and visited with an internet connection capable of downloading a 1 megabyte web page in just short of 17 minutes. Print ads were made with Macromedia Freehand, and along with radio and linear TV, they were the prominent form of advertising.

This is not just to say I’m old, but to make a point. Even though online campaigns have taken the lead, and a web page loading in over 3 seconds is considered slow, the most important things remain. They are: 

  • Audience | knowing who your target group is and what’s important to them
  • Insight | knowing how to initiate dialogue with your audience
  • Strategy | knowing what channels to use and how to reach you audience

These apply not only to marketing, but communications. And business strategy too. The rest is up to knowing how, where and why things work. That’s where the 20 years of experience come in.
